Return and Refund Policy
At Samarth Cactus Nursery, we aim to provide high-quality plants and excellent service. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Return Window
- We accept returns for damaged or defective plants reported within 10 days of delivery.
- Returns for other reasons (e.g., healthy but unwanted plants) are not accepted, as these are live products.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Plants must be returned in the same condition they were received.
- Only damaged or defective plants are eligible for returns or refunds.
3. Damaged Plants During Transit
- If plants are damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
- To process the replacement, customers must send a photo of the damaged plants to us via WhatsApp at 7391871001 or email us at officialsamarthcactusnursery@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving the package.
4. Refund or Replacement Process
- Upon approval of a return request, customers can choose between:
a) A replacement for the damaged product, or
b) A refund for the order amount. - Refunds will be processed within 8 business days after review.
5. For all international orders
- Once the plants are dispatched from our facility, Samarth Cactus Nursery’s responsibility ends.
- After dispatch, any customs delay, rejection, damage, or non-delivery due to import regulations or inspection is entirely the customer’s responsibility.
- No refund, replacement, or claim will be accepted for international shipments once they have been dispatched from India.
